How terrible! I went for bellydancing classes on the top floor of the building a few years ago, and remember it was so beautiful inside. Very sad for businesses to suffer a fire at a time when we all need all the business – and productive working days – we can get. Very glad no one got hurt, though. And good luck with moving/restoring offices and getting back on track.

oh, how I can relate… I swear I NEVER knew that those bug ugly noisy irritating as shit black and yellow bugs ate roses. I just thought they were annoyoing… didn’t know they were to be loathed until they ATE ALL MY BEAUTIFUL ROSES THAT WERE FLOWERING FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE I NURSED THEM BACK FROM THE BRINK OF DEATH.

I picked them all off and drowned the bloody lot of them. And I’m not sorry…

I absolutely LOVE the first shot. As Pia said, the floor is gorgeous and that room makes all the difference to the photo!
As for the exhibition, I’m sure you’ll find some inspiration on holiday – what about a pic of the kids watching the sea, or building sand castles.
